Delivery Information
Each piece has been made by hand, and due to variables in minerals and firing temperatures, slight variations in colour and size will naturally occur. Please wash by hand.
Orders will be posted within 3 working days. Contact me if you need pieces more urgently.
UK Customers All parcels are posted 1st class, Signed for through the Royal Mail. Each item will be £3.80 1st Class Royal Mail, or £8 Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail.
International Shipping Parcels will be sent via the Royal Mail International service will be tracked and signed for, estimated at £17.50, depending on your country. Any additional overseas custom fees are the customers responsibility to pay. Please contact me to arrange overseas sales.
Returns Policy Returns will be accepted within 3 days of arrival. Please contact me to arrange this. The item will be refunded but not the shipping or return costs. Returns will be accepted as long as they arrive back in their original condition.
Each piece will be wrapped and securely packaged and posted in a cardboard box. However, if the rare event that breakages do occur in transit, please contact me directly within 24 hours of receiving the item with photographs, and I will help to resolve any problems.
