An hour an a half throwing workshop with me. This is great for someone who feels they need a bit more guidance on the wheel. Whether you are a beginner or improver- this can be as focused as you like.

I’ll start with a demonstration and guide you through the process to make at your own pace. Please note that there may be other artists using the studio space during this class.

You will be able to choose 1 pot to get fired and glazed with the option of paying £5 for any additional pieces.

1.5 hours, one person, £60.

These run on weekday daytimes only on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays. 10:30-12:00am or 2:00-3.30pm.

Please get in touch via email to arrange a date and time directly with me!

Accessibility:

Due to the studio being an old building it is unfortunately not officially set up for wheelchair access. However, It is possible to attach a ramp onto the back door but please be aware that the door frame is only 68cm wide (rather than the 81cm wheelchair access requirement). And we do have one wheel that can be adjusted for a wheelchair user. Please get in touch if you have any queries about access needs to the space before you book.

Pottery Breakages Disclaimer:

Your ceramic pieces will be handled in a careful and experienced way. However, the nature of ceramics involves putting natural materials through very high temperatures. There are many variable factors involved in the process, which means that there is always a risk of technical failures and breakages which cannot be controlled.
